There is no subscription and no separate tracker to charge or lose; slip a standard AirTag into the snug holder and the Find My network does the rest. It switches on at the door in a moment, so it fits into the routine of picking up the lead rather than becoming another thing to remember.

Does the AirTag stay in place?

The holder grips a standard AirTag firmly through running, rolling and hedge diving, so the tracker stays with the dog no matter where he ends up.

Do I need to pay a subscription?

No. It uses the Apple Find My network through your own phone, so there is no monthly fee and no separate tracker to charge or lose. The AirTag is not included.

Will it fit my dog?

The collar is adjustable and sits comfortably against the coat. Measure his neck and leave two fingers of room under the strap.

Is it alright in wet weather?

It is built for daily use in all weather, which in a New Zealand winter means rain, wet grass and mud. Wipe it down after a particularly filthy walk.
